Jason Weisbrot, Esq.

Jason Weisbrot is a recent graduate from Washington University School of Law and a valuable associate attorney with the firm. He concentrates his practice in Federal EEO Cases, MSPB Appeals, FLSA Overtime claims and Federal Union arbitrations.

Jason was the Notes Editor, executive board member and stategic planning committee for the School of Law's Journal of Law and Policy. In that position, he was responsible for editing and proofreading student notes and preparing them for publication, among other tasks.

Jason gained lots of experience as a clerk in the Office of Administrative Hearings, where he had the opportunity to attend oral arguments presented before Administrative Law Judges and to draft opinions covering a wide variety of legal issues. As a second year law student, working with a solo practitioner in St. Louis, he researched and wrote an appellate brief.

During his time at Snider & Associates, LLC, Mr. Weisbrot has taken on more responsibility in filing and prosecuting complaints of discrimination, drafting and responding to Discovery, filing Motions to Compel and presenting oral arguments before Administrative Judges of the EEOC. He is a member of NELA and MWELA.

Jason enjoys sports, reading and movies. He is admitted to the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is pending admission to the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia.
