Ari Taragin is currently a senior associate attorney at the firm. Mr. Taragin joined Snider & Associates, LLC (formerly Snider & Fischer, LLC) in 2003. Prior to joining Snider & Associates, Mr. Taragin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. While performing his clerkship, Mr. Taragin also completed training as a state certified mediator and mediated pre-trial cases on a regular basis.
His practice includes all aspects of employment law, including Federal and private sector EEO Complaints, Federal Arbitrations, employee discipline, employment contracts, and wage and hour disputes. He has successfully represented hundreds of employees in these and other employment matters, resulting in millions of dollars in settlements, recovered back-pay, and other benefits.
