Allan Feldman, Esq.

Allan Feldman joined Snider and Associates, LLC in August 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Feldman was an associate at J.H. Zidell, P.A. in Miami, Florida. There he handled general civil litigation matters in state and federal court. Mr. Feldman is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. He received his bachelors in Talmudic Studies from the Talmudic University of Florida.

While in law school Mr. Feldman served as a junior staff member of the I.L.S.A. Journal of International and Comparative Law and junior editor of the International Citator and Research Guide. He also clerked for the Honorable Sarah Zabel of the 11th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida. In addition, he served as a law clerk for Abrams Anton, P.A. (now known as Greenspoon Marder) where he researched and drafted legal memorandum in various areas of the law.

His practice includes representation of employees before the EEOC and the MSPB, focusing on issues including: employment discrimination, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, sex, age, or disability. He is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, and Ladino. Mr. Feldman in his free time enjoys spending time with his children, cooking, and playing sports. He was a co-captain of his high school soccer team that won the District 8A championship.

Mr. Feldman is admitted to the state bar of Maryland, Florida and the District of Columbia, and the Federal District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland.
