Anatomy of a Case

On this page, we will post all of the documents relevant to cases that we have taken, from grievance to decision. You will be able to see the entire development of a case and all that it takes to bring Justice in the Workplace.

We will add both old cases and current cases to this page, as the documents become Web-ready. Below is a list of the cases whose library you can access.

AFGE Council 222 and NFFE Local 1450 v. United States Department of Housing and Urban Development FLSA Grievance
This grievance challenged the FLSA status of all bargaining Unit employees at HUD. When the Agency refused to address the Grievance, the Union invoked arbitration in July 2005. Arbitrator Sean J Rogers has heard testimony about GS 360 Equal Opportunity Specialists and 904 Legal Honors Interns. There has been considerable Motions practice.

AFGE Council 228 v. United States Small Business Administration FLSA Grievance
